These pages explain how Fairground would work. Sending the property check form does not appoint Fairground, start an objection, or create a fee agreement.

Figures on the site

The sale-price breakdown and the land tax calculator are illustrations. They use a published general rate scale for Victoria and a single site value. They are not a quote, a valuation, or advice about your assessment. Land tax on a real holding depends on the whole portfolio, the year, and any exemptions or trust surcharges that apply.

No win, no fee

The fee described on the site is the intended commercial term: nothing unless the site value is reduced, and a share of the saving when it is, agreed before anything is lodged. That term applies only once a live engagement exists. It does not apply to use of this website.
